Today we celebrate Resurrection Sunday. All the work of salvation finds its fulfillment on this day, when Jesus Christ, the Son of God, definitively overcame death and evil.
During the last two days, we have followed the suffering, pain and silence of Christ, however, now we can rejoice with the Risen Lord who announces, with His appearance to the disciples, His Peace, the Shalom for all humanity.
With this act, Jesus immerses his disciples in the blessed and holy ocean of hope and love, and invites us to also enjoy His holy presence in our lives.
The Lord wishes to communicate to us the potent strength of His Resurrection, so that, restored by His grace, we may once again set out on a mission, in order to announce to the world that He lives and reigns forever.
