What happens during Acamp’s Summer Festival? It combines all of the contemplation of a retreat with the excitement of a concert or sporting event! Specifically, it includes moments of prayer and meditation to encounter God, as well as countless moments of fellowship, sports activities, music and arts, international experiences, and so much more!
Why go to Acamp’s: Because we want to share an experience of joy with you! This joy can come from so many different sources. You may feel a sense of freedom through immersion in nature, juxtaposing a beautiful lake (and swimming in it!). Others may thrive in the moments of peace and silence, far from the distractions of your everyday life. For others, the highlight may be the sense of community, exiting one’s comfort zone, and making new friends in invigorating activities.
