Celibate missionary life in Nazareth

Celibate life is a concrete way of loving.

Being on mission in Nazareth, Israel, is a great grace. To live on this holy land, where Jesus grew up and lived 30 years with Mary and Saint Joseph is to learn the secret of being a spouse soul and faithful to God that it is being united with the Virgin Mary. Jesus fulfilled His mission been united with her. For me the missionary life is a concrete way to live my celibacy by devoting my time, my potentialities, my body, my whole being through daily, exclusive and unconditional donation to God, to the Church and to the Community that is the family God has given to me to build His kingdom of love. In the land of the Incarnation of the Word, the Lord made me realize that to embody the mission is to live the daily “yes” like Mary, it is to let God make me His instrument of peace. In the mission I experience the action of the Holy Spirit that fecundates all our actions of evangelization in the Sanctuary of the Annunciation, in the services of welcoming for the pilgrims and liturgical animation. I am deeply grateful to God for seeing His action in my life and in the lives of people through this magnificent vocation. Shalom!
