Faith over Fear: in Boston the Community has chosen to spread hope through prayer

Amid coronavirus isolation, the missionaries are united in intercession.

Last Sunday, the third week of Lent, the missionaries of Shalom Catholic Community in Boston started to broadcast the Divine Mercy Chaplet live on YouTube at 3pm as a way to spread hope as a sign of our faith in God in this challenging time. People from other countries were engaged and sent their intentions.

The coronavirus is a great public health challenge our world has been facing since the beginning of 2020. The state of Massachusetts is suffering with many cases being reported everyday. Several measures have been done to restrain the spreading of the virus. People are in quarantine and there is no prediction to the end of this. But there is still hope as long as there is faith.

The live broadcast of the Divine Mercy Chaplet will be taking place everyday at 3pm EST on its YouTube channel, Shalom Boston.
