Higor Fontoura is a Brazilian member of Shalom Catholic Community who has been lived in Boston, USA as a missionary with his family since 2011. His wife Mariana Fontoura is also a member of Shalom Covenant Community and they have 3 beautiful children that fill them with pride and happiness, the older Amanda is 15 years old, Higor Filho is 9 years old and Isabella is 1.

The glory of God is man fully alive

From October 22nd to 23rd at Saint Anthony’s parish in Cambridge, the Shalom Catholic Community held its second annual “Fully Alive” retreat, a Life in the Spirit Seminar. Father Walter Carreiro, who was influential in bringing Shalom missionaries to the United States, generously opened Saint Anthony’s parish hall for the retreat’s use. There were over 40 registrants, an exciting increase in numbers from Shalom’s debut last year.
