For us it was a rich experience of prayer, of unity of discoveries in God. Through the theme proposed by the community and the words of our Founder we had profound moments of listening to the voice of the Lord for the Shalom mission in Nazareth .At this time our hearts are filled with joy and gratitude for all the new that God has been concretely accomplishing among us as well as for all that He will do in His infinite love.
Testimony :
We see the Strategic Planning (Mission Nazareth), as an important means of listening to and action of God. We entered into a new that God has began to outline for us which will overflow in concrete actions.
We had the opportunity to be together and reap very specific fruits of our evangelization in the Middle East especially in our land of mission called Nazareth, in Israel, amid Arab Christians. But we also keep our eyes open to everyone God wants to reach through us: Jews, Muslims, etc.
With the support of this Strategic Planning Nazareth becomes a pole of irradiation of the Mercy of God, a place of continuous prayer and source of intercession for the Community in its mission of evangelizing throughout the world.
Through the arms of Mary and the merciful heart of Jesus we were launched towards the “Culture of Meeting” about which Pope Francis frequently speaks. We are deeply glad because the Lord has chosen us and we keep our hearts open to the most holy will of God! ( Marcelo Fernandes, Covenant Shalom Community)
