In the document sent to the founder and chairman (moderator) of the community, Moysés Azevedo, the Holy Father hoped that the dialogue between the generations in the Shalom vocation would be ever more fruitful. He also stressed the importance of faith that holds God’s light for every new moment in history.

“With hopes that the dialogue between the different generations of the Shalom Community members become ever more fruitful, the Holy Father grants to the participants of the general assembly- bearing and providing abundant light of God for the work and decisions that they are called upon to realize – the Apostolic Blessing, which is extended to all the community, asking them to,please, do not forget to pray for him.”

The message was transmitted by the Apostolic Nuncio in Brazil, Archbishop Giovanni d’Anniello, who also assured his prayers for such an important moment for the Shalom Community.
