The Shalom Catholic Community has a new address at 879 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto. The new Evangelization Center will open on October 9 at 7 pm. There will be holy mass and musical performances.
“We will hold prayer groups, ministry meetings, and evangelization events. We believe that this external work of renewal also takes place in every brother and sister, and God is sending us in mission again” shares Regis Aires, consecrated from the Covenant Community, and also Local Leader of the mission.
According to Regis, member of Shalom Community and prayer groups were involved in the preparations. They even made the repairs and paintings of the new place of Evangelization Center. The Community has been present in Canada since 2003. “It is a city with the potential to expand our charism, ”says the missionary.
